Thank you for shopping at Apex Discover. We are committed to offering stylish, comfortable, and reliable clothing with a smooth shopping and delivery experience. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

  1.  Shipping Rate.

We believe in transparency and simplicity. We offer a fixed rate of shipping fee ($5.99 worldwide except EU and $9.99 for EU area) for all orders under $45.99 ($59.99 for EU respectively) , regardless of the destination or the number of clothing items in your cart.

  1. Global Fulfillment & Warehousing

To provide efficient delivery, we work with multiple fulfillment centers located across the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Asia.

Smart Routing: Your order will be automatically shipped from the nearest warehouse that has your clothing items in stock.

Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, such as different clothing styles, sizes, or colors, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled from different warehouses.

  1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes, shipment processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

We utilize a network of international carriers to deliver your goods efficiently. As we ship from our global hubs, transit times vary based on your region.

Please note: We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your package ships, you will receive tracking updates as your order moves through the delivery network.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after the package has been dispatched.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Apex Discover is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees applied to your order.

Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please also note that any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of Apex Discover’s control.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If there is an issue with your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Damaged Items

If your clothing order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue quickly, please email us with:

A clear photo of the damaged item

A photo of the packaging

Your order number

Once reviewed, we will arrange a free replacement if the damage is confirmed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Apex Discover is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

Check with neighbors, household members, building reception, or your local delivery area.

Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.

We will provide all necessary tracking information to help you with your claim. However, we cannot issue refunds for items that were successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Apex Discover is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
