If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for important information regarding returns, refunds, and order-related concerns.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Free from stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories
Accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
For hygiene and quality reasons, clothing items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags or packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of use
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Gift cards
Complimentary or promotional items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, socks, and other intimate apparel, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an Apex Discover error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your package.
Apex Discover is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error
Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet the return eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
Exchanges
At this time, Apex Discover does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, color, or clothing style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
Contact your bank, as posting delays are common

Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after placement. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible.
If the order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Return Address
All returns require prior authorization before being sent.
A return shipping label or written return instructions from Apex Discover must be provided before returning any item.
